Door To Door Transportation
The Multnomah County Department of County Human Services (DCHS), Aging Disability and Veterans Services Division (ADVSD) is seeking Proposers from whom it may purchase Door-to-Door Transportation Services for ADVSD clients who are Multnomah County residents that are seniors and/or persons with disabilities. A Door-to-Door Transportation Service Provider (DDTSP) is defined as an agency or organization that has the ability to conduct an assessment of client transportation needs, work with a variety of transportation resources for any given trip, and use the most appropriate ride option available in providing transportation services.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Multco Marketplace Supplier Network. Suppliers will need to register at this portal in order to submit a response. Proposals are accepted until, but not after, 4:00PM on the close date of the Sourcing Event.
Multnomah County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if not in compliance with the Request for Proposals (RFP) procedures and requirements and to reject any or all proposals or to cancel the Sourcing Event if Multnomah County finds it is in the public interest to do so.
