A&E and Related Services for Morrison Bridge Strengthening
SUMMARY:
Multnomah County Transportation Department is seeking consultants to develop plans and specifications for rehabilitation of bent caps, stringers and bearings at various locations on Morrison Street Bridge.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Multco Marketplace Supplier Network. Suppliers who do not currently have access to the Multco Marketplace Support Portal will need to complete an "MMP Supplier Access Request Form".
This is a federally funded project, a DBE participation goal of 8.5% has been assigned for the Proposal. ODOT’s DBE Policy Statement is posted at the following Internet address: https://www.oregon.gov/ODOT/Business/OCR/Documents/20170703092724718.pdf
Proposers shall demonstrate ability to meet the DBE goal assigned to this procurement. Proposers should not assume that a minority-owned business(“MBE”), a woman-owned business (“WBE”), a business owned by a service-disabled veteran (“SDV”) or an emerging small business (“ESB”) currently certified in Oregon is a DBE firm. Proposers are encouraged to verify the DBE firms’ certification by:
1) requesting a copy of the DBE certification letter from the committed DBE firm; or

Multnomah County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if not in compliance with the Request for Proposals (RFP) procedures and requirements and to reject any or all proposals or to cancel the Sourcing Event if Multnomah County finds it is in the public interest to do so.
