The Parks and Nature Department of Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is hereby requesting proposals for Real Property Appraisal Services.

Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m., June 24, 2021, via BidLocker, link in RFP document.

A voluntary pre-proposal conference for all potential respondents is scheduled on June 1, 2021 at 3:30 pm. via Zoom, meeting link in RFP document.

The intent of this RFP is to provide Metro with a list of qualified Real Property Appraisers (referred to in this RFP sometimes as “Contractors” and sometimes as “Respondents”) to provide “on call” services relating to the appraisal of real property to be acquired by Metro, primarily through the Parks and Nature programs described above but also through other Metro programs including, but not limited to, Planning and Development, Transit Oriented Development, and Waste Prevention and Environmental Services, all of which may also utilize these on-call services.

Metro may accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
