Metro is inviting bids expand the usable office working space at Metro South Transfer Station maintenance building located at 2001 Washington Street, Oregon City, OR 97045
Work includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remodel the existing storage space of the mezzanine to add additional usable office accommodations for site personnel. The project also includes all work incidental to or necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as described in the Invitation to Bid.
Bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. November 2, 2021 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, ITB 3933. Responses will be opened publicly at that time.
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on October 22, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Metro South, located at 2001 Washington Street, Oregon City, Oregon 97045. Because of the State of Oregon’s social distancing policy, a limited number people are allowed to tour the site at one time. Each potential bidder is limited to one attendee. Attendance will be per RSVP. If the first conference fills up we will hold another at 11:00 am.
All bidders submitting a bid for public improvements over $50,000 certify that they will pay and comply with the minimum prevailing wage requirements of ORS 279C.800-279C.870 and if applicable 40 U.S.C.276a.

Metro may accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
